Under the hood
"An inscription giving details of a book's making." Here, a site's.
I built this with Claude.
I'm not a developer. I don't know how to code — and I'm not pretending otherwise. What I am is someone with a clear idea of what I wanted to say and how I wanted it to look. Claude (Anthropic) was the tool that helped me build it.
I didn't just prompt it and copy-paste the result. I used it as a design partner: debating layouts, exploring options, talking through decisions, writing components together. Every choice here — visual, structural, editorial — came from a real back-and-forth.
Is it risky to say that? Maybe. But I think it's more interesting than pretending I built this from scratch. The web is changing, and I'd rather be honest about how I work than seem artificially "pure."
Everything written here — the bio, the opinions, the posts — is mine. The AI helped me ship it. That's the whole story.
I find these tools genuinely fascinating. I'm not anti-AI. I'm pro-honesty. And I think a personal site should reflect how you actually work.
